AZULIK RESIDENCES is a space with an exclusive location. A meeting place with the nature of the jungle and the residential point closest to the Caribbean Sea in Tulum.

The project offers as an alternative spaces in which immersion in nature causes a different experience of living. In addition to being located very close to Azulik, it makes it easier and more comfortable to visit the hotel to enjoy its amenities and events.

Azulik Residences will have 4 towers on a 1.5-hectare plot in which 84 apartments will be distributed. Each building will offer ten types of apartments, ranging from 90 m2 (968.75 sq.ft.) to 300 m2 (3,229 sq.ft.). All the units will have their own terrace with a view of the jungle and some of them with a rooftop, fire pit and plunge.

Each space is designed to take advantage of natural light, the interior and exterior areas of this development, with spaces that have the possibility of freely adapting to the needs of the home owner. The circular architecture of this project integrates harmoniously with the natural environment by which it is surrounded.
